I use the exact steps, but every time I send emails some emails are not sent. If I send 30 emails, 2 of the emails are not sent. Does anybody have any idea what's wrong?
Can't find where they are in Outlook. See no outbox or send/receive. Our Email is godaddy, but use Outlook and can't find "where they went"..
This worked but my emails did not go into the outbox but were sent automatically. I would like to check them in my outbox first before sending them all. Anyone know if this can be rectified?

This is good, however, I would like to know how we can do the same using Outlook directly. Reason being that I use a mailing DB for official use and the data file is on the server. So invariably when I do mail merge, word selects my personal 'sender's' address to send out an email. appreciate if you can help here …

Nice job, but you just went a little too fast and you never tell us how to choose from what email you want this to go. That is a big problem because it used my personal email address!

can we use mail merge to send up to 3000 emails per day ?
Ok, this mail merge screwed me over big time. I triple checked my mail by sending copies to myself and my friend, worked fine. Today however, I send it out and it posts four duplicate names of all my contacts to some senior bankers showing: "Dear BlakeBlakeBlakeBlakeBlake," stuff like that. Why did this happen?? I sent this to over 100 people and it was very important so I'm kind of frustrated right now.

apparently you cannot do this with the "free" version of Office 365 because when you open word, blank document, mail merge is not an option listed.
