Safar rahimi May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm

I use the exact steps, but every time I send emails some emails are not sent. If I send 30 emails, 2 of the emails are not sent. Does anybody have any idea what's wrong?

Lynn Roberts May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm

Can't find where they are in Outlook. See no outbox or send/receive. Our Email is godaddy, but use Outlook and can't find "where they went"..

Douglas May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm

This worked but my emails did not go into the outbox but were sent automatically. I would like to check them in my outbox first before sending them all. Anyone know if this can be rectified?

iigrevanii May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm

Exactly what I am looking for, thanks.

Anes Ethemi May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm

This video is really great, thank you. I have a question, when I hit send the emails list, it gets sent directly, without having to go to outlook and click send. Why does it do that?

Ive Boogaerts May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm

Thank you Kevin, this was a very informative video that helped me a lot!

mscoolswati May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm

This is good, however, I would like to know how we can do the same using Outlook directly. Reason being that I use a mailing DB for official use and the data file is on the server. So invariably when I do mail merge, word selects my personal 'sender's' address to send out an email. appreciate if you can help here …

J M May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm

Thanks Kevin. It's nice to watching you do it vs reading difficult instructions; i think this is the 5th time you've saved me in last 12 months

Steven T May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm

I get to the last step and the "merge to email" dropdown is shaded and I cannot click it. What am I doing wrong?

jijau lohar May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm

mail merge option not showing our word file

Zi Kang Yeoh May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm

Hi, Kelvin
Thank you so much for this video sharing, it was really helpful.

However, I would like to know that is there any limit on the number of recipients to be sent?

Megan Cumbee May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm

Tracy Fan May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm

Do I have an option to choose sending from email address, such as Helpdesk@…,instead of send out from my personal email at work?

Wanda Barnard May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm

Hi I do everything as you say but my emails do not appear in my outbox. How can I fix this please

Don Woodring May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm

Nice job, but you just went a little too fast and you never tell us how to choose from what email you want this to go. That is a big problem because it used my personal email address!

Latesha Dukes May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm

How did he make it go to his outbox first then send it to the recipients? I need look over each individual email before I send it out?

Waleed Hamza May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm

Thanks @kevin stratvert
can we use mail merge to send up to 3000 emails per day ?

Eric Jin May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm

Ok, this mail merge screwed me over big time. I triple checked my mail by sending copies to myself and my friend, worked fine. Today however, I send it out and it posts four duplicate names of all my contacts to some senior bankers showing: "Dear BlakeBlakeBlakeBlakeBlake," stuff like that. Why did this happen?? I sent this to over 100 people and it was very important so I'm kind of frustrated right now.

This is exactly what I needed to learn in creating our virtual court during this pandemic, thank you so much!

SaanjD May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm

This was so helpful and explained perfectly, thank you Kevin

Judi Mott May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm

apparently you cannot do this with the "free" version of Office 365 because when you open word, blank document, mail merge is not an option listed.

Shirlei C Hernandez May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm

Hi how can send email, using a different outlook account?

Corey Drennon May 21, 2020 at 2:54 pm
