Hi thanks this is very help full but I have 1 small issue when I am sending email some of my email bounced due to office 365 have limitation of sending 30 email per min but when I send I need time gap in between email like 5 second or 10 second you have any idea or any rule we can apply in between 2 email can have time

I get the error message " Cell H1 does not contain a field name…." I have not been able to find a way past this error message. My spreadsheet has no data in collom "H"

I can't get the CC part to work
I followed the instructions including changing the settings suggested in windows explorer, but the Merge Tools tab did not come up when I restarted Word. I'm running Microsoft 365. Any suggestions?
If you need to copy or BCC someone on a message with this process, does that email address need to be in the spreadsheet or can you free text it into the pop up box? This is seriously a game changer, thank you SO. MUCH.
